MSPA
The MSPA (Mystery Shopping Providers Association) is the international trade association of companies that provide mystery shopping services. AQ Services International was one of the founding members in Europe in 2003, playing a key role in defining its objectives and practices, and in helping to develop the membership. Worldwide, there are over 200 members, who attend conferences, seminars and focus groups so that they can both learn and share new ideas, and spread good practice throughout the mystery shopping world.

Esomar
Esomar is the first point of contact for everyone in the market research industry. Esomar seeks to constantly improve quality and to stimulate and develop market research, both in Europe and internationally. In addition, Esomar acts to protect the interest of all stakeholders in the industry including the respondents, users of market research services and providers of market research services. Esomar represents all parts of the market research industry including qualified market researchers in the private sector, government and individual research companies.

ADB
The ADB is the business organization for Dutch-speaking professionals who live and work in Asia. Every month the members get together after working hours to share their thoughts and experiences over a drink, and to participate in business presentations, discussions, and company visits.

VOL
The VOL is an International association for Alumni of Leading Hotel Management Schools. The association has around 1,850 members and sponsors, all of whom are in senior management positions in the International hospitality and related sectors. The VOL helps the development of close ties and networking within its membership so that individually they can grow both professionally and personally.
